A fast-growing insurance group in Arcadia, CA is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is unsatisfied with their number of clients and interested in and up to the task of servicing thousands of high-net-worth clients. This position requires bilingual
Mandarin Chinese language ability and 2-5 years’ experience in Insurance sales.*


Summary of Responsibilities:
· Identify and capture insurance business opportunities with prompt follow up on analytically driven leads with a key focus on Non-Resident Chinese customers
· Engage end to end insurance service including customer needs identification, solution recommendations, application fulfillment, and follow up
· Give specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions to meet the insurance and protection needs of Premier Non-Resident Chinese customers
· Manage an individual insurance portfolio to ensure the highest rate of customer satisfaction
· Maintain high level of compliance guidelines and procedures. Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements as well as meeting company standards and procedures
· Achieving Sales quota each month with the support from team
Summary of Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution is required
· 2-5 years Insurance sales experience is required, experience in high-net-worth client service is preferred
· Insurance License is required
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
· Ability to use Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong writing, communication, organizational, and data entry skills
· Bilingual in English and Chinese is required
· Ability to travel 50% of the time
