Responsibilities:
- Cold calling provided leads to secure product demonstrations.
- Setting valid appointments for closers to convert the prospects.
Requirements:
- Telemarketing work experience: 1 year.
- Must be proficient in English, bilingual in Spanish/Chinese is a plus.
- Must be confident and have great verbal and conversational skills.
- Be able to learn and advance from coaching.
- Good understanding of technology. Proficiency with computers is essential.
- Prior sales experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of restaurant operation is a plus.
