Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
CRRC MA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to continuously improve supply chain
performance. This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic and driven team. Collect data on supply chain operations
o Material request
o BOM accuracy
o Line balance accuracy
o Returned part and quantity
o NCR part and quantity
Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency
o BOM
o ECP
o NCR
o Purchase Req Process
o Line balance
o Picking and delivery
Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations
Measure supply chain performance and report to management
o Supply Chain Defect Report Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery
o Value Stream Mapping
Establish individual goals which are aligned with the Company's business strategies and objectives.
Function as a key contributing member of the department's team and other teams, as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager to support the department workflow. Maintain confidentiality of information as appropriate. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality or related field
2+ years work in logistics/transportation or 4+ years academic experience in a supply chain domain
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (Office 365, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, SharePoint, etc.)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Chinese mandarin speaking is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
