Who We Are:
Otos Active is a fashion wholesaler for women. We have been in business for 12 years in the Fashion District. We sell to wholesalers, distributors, and boutiques all over the world. The bulk of our customers is located in the USA, Mexico, Central America, and South America.

Job Summary:
We're looking for someone who has a proven track record of successfully managing online platforms: and provides excellent customer service and outstanding sales. Someone who can build and maintain the relationship with new and existing customers. Someone who makes sales over the Online Platforms， WhatsApp, Phone.
Our ideal candidate is an honest, ambitious, energetic, and outgoing individual who enjoys building E-Commerce platforms and making sales.

Position Responsibilities:
Create and Maintain online Platforms： Amazon. Shopify. Instagram. Fashion Go. Faire. Etc.
Process sales on all online platforms
Inventory Management of in-stock styles
Update Inventory, Images, and colors on all online platforms
Answer messages and emails for online customers
Perform business analysis by looking into best-selling styles and growth indicators for new accounts and show reports to maximize sales opportunities (weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually).

Qualifications:
Proficiency in English, both written & oral
QuickBooks Enterprise software (willing to train)
Sales & C/S Experience in wholesale apparel (2-3 years)
Sales & C/S Experience in e-commerce (1-2 years)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (Fashion District) Able to commute/relocate (Required)
Hours: Full-Time M-F 8:30 AM - 5:30PM
Start Date: Immediate
