Sales/Market Manager/Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing
• Contact and maintain old customers, develop new customers and new business opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies, plans, and organize implementation.
• Manage the sales team and assess the sales performance of the team
• Follow up customers using the product and provide technical support.
• Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database.
• Responsible for after-sales service of products.
• Coordinate with other departments to serve customers together.
• Most ofthe day in front of the computer, looking for potential customers (system integration companies and engineering companies) in the global transportation industry, and email contact and follow-up.
• Assist with other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Understand the function and composition of CCTV surveillance system;
• Understand computer basics, communication protocols, computer/embedded hardware basics.
• Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
• Negotiation and problem solving skills
• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of install CCTV (would be a plus!)
• Knowledge of vehicle electronic (would be a plus!)
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Location: One location
Schedule:  Monday-Friday (9:00-12:00am; 0:30-5:30pm)
