Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and generate sales leads including order processing and order follow-up
- Assist and organize sales quote and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
- Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Coordinate and schedule the jobs and follow up on action items
- Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
- Generate inventory report and contact vendors/suppliers to place orders and resolve order discrepancies
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Bilingual in Mandarin
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
