Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Interact directly with customers and team members to maintain a high level of customer service;
Perform and coordinate functions related to passenger processing at counter, departure, and/or arrival;
Coordinates activities of passenger reservations and ticketing, passenger services, ramp and cargo services, commissary services, and dispatching of aircraft to ensure operations meet company and government policies and regulations.
Complete documentation required to clear aircraft upon arrival and/or departure;
Assist passengers in case of misconnection /cancellations/delays;
Accurately scopes out tasks and projects, sets goals, breaks down work into process steps, develops schedules and assigns resources;
Comply with all security requirements;
Follow direction given by Supervisor and Manager; assists in all areas as assigned;
Requirement and Qualification:
Bachelor or above with good communication skills in both Chinese and English;
Good communication & customer services skills;
Skilled use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
Self-motivated;
Weekend/holiday shifts required;
Ability to work independently on multiple assignments;
Applicants must have legal permit to work in Canada;
