Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Perform all functions related to passenger reservation and ticketing.
Answering phone calls, receiving fax, and servicing on-site visiting passengers.
Provide professional supports and services to travel agents.
Accurately coordinate with airport staffs, for works regarding flight schedule changes and cancellation. Participate in inside sales activities.
Produce sales report and specific activity document as required.
Corresponding with related departments at Head Office in China, on specific and particular issue.
Good team player
Perform directions and other assignments given by supervisor and managers.
Requirement and Qualification
Bachelor graduate or above with good communication skills in both Chinese and English;
Ability to interact with our customers effectively and efficiently through all customer touch points: phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media channels;
Skilled use of Microsoft Office and Outlook software (Excel, Word, etc.);
Self-motivated;
Ability to work independently on multiple assignments;
