Job Description
A fast-growing insurance group in Arcadia, CA is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Case Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented young professional with a can-do attitude. This position requires bilingual Mandarin Chinese language ability and at least 2-years of working experience.


Summary of Responsibilities:
· Maintain an efficient filing system to make updating & retrieving files easier
· Arrange client’s physical examination time and notice VIP clients
· Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external working partners, and to maintain effective and cooperative relationships with them
· Track and review project status on a daily basis
· Resolve information gaps by contacting different individuals to gather missing data and update various reports as appropriate
· Ensure all related documents and correspondence are filed properly and uploaded to the system on a timely basis
· Assist with daily operation and management
· Maintain high level of compliance guidelines and procedures. Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements as well as meeting company standards and procedures
Summary of Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics from a reputable institution is preferred
· Minimum 2 years working experience, accounting or legal experience would be a plus.
· Ability to use Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to organize multiple job tasks under tight deadlines
· Strong writing, communication, organizational, and data entry skills
· Bilingual in English and Chinese is required
