1. College Counseling
Starting 8th grade, PSC counselors help students and families build a customized College Strategic Action Plan (CSAP) that covers every aspect of college planning and execute the plan throughout high school, to make sure students get into the best school for them.
2. College Application
Starting junior year, PSC admission experts help students build a customized College Application Action Plan (CAAP) that covers every step of the process and execute the plan to make sure students get accepted to their dream schools.

In this job, you will:
Your mission: Consult & Sell
You will be responsible to drive revenue that continues to push PSC to grow, scale, and change lives. Your two major roles are sales & service consultant
As a sales:
1. Sell college counseling & application services to families and organizations
2. Drive revenue to achieve aggressive monthly targets (20% MoM growth)
3. Work with the sales team to nurture and sustain a full pipeline of leads handed off by marketing
4. Build and maintain relationships with leads/customers (typically families interested in college counseling & applications)
5. Maintain timely and accurate reporting of forecasts, account plans, and territory growth activities
6. Track all deals data to understand the best sales strategies
7. Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Counseling teams to build out, iterate, and accelerate new initiatives
8. Handle new student onboarding and customer support as needed
9. Maintain long-lasting client relationships to generate add-on service sales and referral business.
As a consultant:
1. Fully understand PSC services & products and stay alert on industry news & updates, to give prospects the best information they need to decide if PSC is the right solution for them.
2. Represent PSC brand. Make great first impressions on prospects by providing professional and personable initial consultancy, demonstrating exactly what a family can expect to be treated if they were to become a PSC customer.
3. Communication efficiently and effectively. Ask good questions to get to know their pursuits and to show your genuine desire to help.
4. Identify new needs of our existing clients to provide additional services or products.
5. Identify issues of our services to improve client experience and maintain long-term relationships.
6. Be attentive and help to clients’ needs as well as be protective of company interests.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Language: Proficient in English and Mandarin.
3. Prior experience in sales. Well versed in the sales process from lead nurturing to close
4. Data-driven and able to identify the most fruitful sales strategies
5. Personable and enjoys helping parents and students succeed
6. Quick to respond to customers and adapt to change
7. Comfortable taking the initiative to work independently and own deals across the pipeline
8. Deeply understands the college counseling market
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and after 5pm PT as needed
Nice to have:
1. Experience with CRM tools
2. Experience with Excel and building dashboards
3. Prior experience in college counseling
4. Knowledge of Southern California high schools
Compensation:
1. Base salary: $40K / year
2. Commission: uncapped earnings
A successful Sales Lead might earn an additional 100% of their salary in commission. We’ve worked hard to build a company that allows each of us to bring our best self to work without sacrificing our best life at home.

2. Partially remote acceptable
