Qwest Payments is a POS-focused payment service provider, we provide merchant services, credit card processing and POS solutions to a variety of business, including restaurants, retails, and grocery stores.
We are seeking a candidate to join our Customer Service Team.
This is a part-time position with 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage day-to-day first level office operations
Handle customer services and resolve customer issues
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work with co-workers and supervisors.
Organize paper work, data entry and inventory control
Assist in office management and organization procedures
Skills & Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook
customer service/ business office/merchant service experience is a plus
Fluent in English, Mandarin (Required), Cantonese( Plus)
