Deputy General Manager

Job responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the external business development of Shenzhen Guang Media Company and improve the company's overall performance;
2. Responsible for coordinating and guiding the daily business development of the company such as event planning, advertising design, Meichen production, and film and television creation;
3. Integrate industry resources to enhance the company's brand influence and industry reputation;
4. Develop standardized work manuals, implement quality and safety control, and improve service quality and planning and creativity capabilities.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, advertising, Chinese, journalism, etc.;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in large advertising planning companies, event public relations companies, etc., and work experience in well-known media companies or government departments is preferred;
3. Possess rich social resources, strong planning ability, business development ability and communication and coordination ability.

4、制订标准化工作手册，推行品质和安全管控，提升服务品质和策划、创意能力。

职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、中文、新闻等相关专业；
2、5年以上的大型广告策划公司、活动公关公司等同等职位工作经验，同时具有知名传媒公司或政府部门等工作经验优先；
3、具有丰富的社会资源、较强的策划能力、业务拓展能力和沟通协调能力。
